Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience in full stack development, with expertise in both backend (Node.js) and frontend frameworks React and Next JS.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud technologies (AWS or Google Cloud).
• Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and version control systems (Git).
• Familiarity with WebSocket protocols and real-time communication.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

We are seeking a motivated Junior IT Administrator to join our team and support the daily operations of our IT systems and infrastructure. This entry-level role offers a great opportunity to develop your IT skills while addressing support requests, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with IT maintenance and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the management and maintenance of Azure, Microsoft 365, and Intune environments.
• Provide Level 1 support by addressing basic IT issues such as login problems, hardware failures, and network connectivity.
• Monitor IT tickets and ensure timely resolution of support requests.
• Perform routine system checks and assist with addressing any discrepancies.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues, including RAM, hard drives, and other components.
• Help with the setup and deployment of new hardware and software.
• Track hardware and software inventory, noting upgrades or new equipment needs.
• Learn and apply basic networking concepts like IP addresses, DNS, DHCP, and LAN/WAN.
• Ensure adherence to basic security principles, including password management and user permissions.
• Assist with longer-term IT projects under the guidance of senior team members.
